“ We discovered this place during the COVID shutdown - and have been regulars - we generally tend to carry out. We are vegetarian and they have a good number of items to choose from. The veggie pho is really good as are the fresh rolls. Service is friendly and quick. ”
“ I ordered the combination pho! It came with lime, basil, and bean sprouts on the side. The pho had a variety of meat, trip, tendon, and meatballs. There is a qr code on the menu to order online and you can pay at the front register. There is indoor seating and limited outdoor seating available during the day time. Our service here is always great and the restaurant is very clean. There is parking available in the plaza the restaurant is located in. ”
“ After eating nothing but pho, I was hesitant to break up my ritual to try a rice dish. I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was! I really wish the rice was traditional broken rice instead but this still hits. It hit the spot and satisfied a craving that I would have to go another twenty to thirty minutes otherwise in order to get. Highly recommend. Also service, space, and cleanliness is always spot on. Love this place. ”
“ I love this place! I've ate there on location in Newark and I have also ordered online for pick-up. I have never had a problem here and the food always taste great! I love their BBQ pork Banh Mi! It's so good! The bread taste fresh and the sandwich has all fresh and traditional ingredients. You have to try it! Also try their beef and mango spring rolls. They are outta this world! Their Vietnamese coffe is strong, not bitter and very tasty. I've come here with friends who had the Pho and Curry and they said it was very good! This place is in a shopping strip mall. I never have trouble getting parking. The place inside looks very clean. I've never come in here and seen it dirty or out of order. The employees are very friendly and fast. If you love Vietnamese food, this is your spot! Come get some food here, you won't regret it. ”
“ Been awhile I had good Vietnamese food and this place hit the spot. I couldn't make up my mind soup or rice plate so I got both ”
“ Was Referred by a friend and everything was great!!! Quick service and Pho had great flavor. Will be my new go to spot for Pho. See you soon.... ”
“ Their combination pho without tripe (my go to) is so good!! The service is awesome and quick! ”
“ Absolutely love this place! Such a great Vietnamese spot. Food is amazing and my favorite is the banh mi selection. If you like good tasting authentic Vietnamese cuisine, you gotta try this place! ”
“ Rice & Spoon is a humble but incredible eatery turning out a delicious variety of Vietnamese food. We started with the Papaya Salad, a crunchy, refreshing mixture of shredded papaya, red bell peppers, cilantro, and onions in an intensely sour and salty fish sauce, topped with fried onions, crushed peanuts, and shrimp; and the Chicken Salad, a similar salad made with shredded chicken and cabbage, instead of shrimp and papaya. We also had the Mango My Pork Banh Mi, built on a toasted baguette with sweet and salty lemongrass pork topped with shredded mango, pickled carrots/daikon, cucumber spears, cilantro, and jalapeño. All the parts of the sandwich worked together harmoniously from the warm, toasted baguette to the caramelized lemongrass pork and the crunchy vegetal toppings. Overall, the food here was surprisingly good for such a simple eatery, and everything came at a good value too! ”
“ I wanted to go to this place based on the design and food. The food and service is great, but the problem is how the inside of the restaurant. It feels bland inside due to the choice of colors and there are hardly any decorations. It also feels hot inside too, but it's probably because of the hot weather outside. There are rarely seatings here due to the size of the place. I really like the Pho, however. I wouldn't really wanna dine here due to atmosphere. Maybe next time, I'll just do a takeout. ”
